Don't forget to visit the new "Activities" sections for pictures and slide shows of school & township activities not related to school sports.
With the recent rise in picture sharing and networking sites being made available for storing, sharing and editing photos, I have begun to put more pictures and slide shows on these sites. This saves space and time for me and also makes it easier for you to access the pictures. You will begin to see links to these sites on various web pages as they relate to the various sports or activities. They include the following: "FLICKR", "BEBO", "Photo Bucket", "Webshot", "Slide", "Image Shack", PhotoWorks" & "Shutter Fly" Be sure to check it out, when you see the link just click on it. We have set up a "MY SPACE" site for those who like to network. It is a private site. As a private site only people in my "friends" list will be able to access the site
I have also setup a "SNAPFISH" account for each sport, the arts, the fans and the band. If you are intrested in purchasing pictures just send me an e-mail with the areas you are intrested in and I will send you an e-mail with the links to those accounts. snapfish has the best prices of all the online photo services that I have seen, but they do not offer a way to directly link them to my website
Using Photobucket: Most of the pictures I take can be found in the teams "Photobucket", they are arranged in albums according to the name of the opponent. The albums are listed in the upper left hand corner of the screen. Some of the albums will have "sub-albums" (like "JV") which will also listed in the upper left corner of the main albumThe Photobucket can contain: pictures, slideshows, remixes and videos, there are also links to use for e-mailing or instant messaging the picture, placing it in a socical network (such as "MySpace" or "FaceBook") or saving it to your computer. Always check the "Photobucket" when visiting a teams website, sometimes I don't get a chance to put all the pictures on the teams website. |
